My invite link doesn't work
Expired, used, or sent to the wrong address.
Invite links can stop working for three reasons:
- Already used. If someone has accepted the invite, the link can't be used again. The page will tell you this clearly. The Coordinator can send a fresh invite if needed.
- Expired. Invites are valid for 14 days. Past that, they expire. The Coordinator can resend it from the Circle page; that bumps the expiry forward.
- Sent to a different email. Invites are tied to the email they were sent to. If you sign up with a different email, the system tells you it doesn't match. Either log in with the matching email, or ask the Coordinator to send a fresh invite to the email you'd prefer to use.
