Is this per Circle or per person?
Per Circle. One subscription covers everyone in your Circle, up to 10 members. With a 10-person family, that's 50 pence per person per month.
What counts as a member?
Anyone in your Circle. Coordinators (organisers), Support Members (siblings, friends), and the Check-in Member (the person being looked after) all count toward the 10.
Is the Family Map included?
Yes. Family Map is part of the £4.99 plan, with no premium tier. It is off by default for every Circle and every account, opt-in only.
Is Companion mode included?
Yes. Companion mode is part of the £4.99 plan, no premium tier. The Coordinator turns it on per Check-in Member when they're ready. Off by default; the existing one-button screen stays for everyone else.
What if my family is larger than 10 people?

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you want. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first month is on us, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. You won't be charged until day 31 and you can cancel any time. If you'd like to try it before any commitment at all, drop us an email at hello@getwello.co.uk.
What card types do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay too. Receipts go to your email automatically.
Where is my money going?
Hosting, support, push notification infrastructure, App Store and Play Store fees, and the small UK team building Getwello. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, the subscription is the entire business.
Will the price ever go up?
If we ever change the price, existing subscribers stay on their current rate for at least 12 months. We'll always give plenty of notice by email.
