What you get

Everything you need to look after each other.

Three quiet things that, together, take the worry out of the week.

The one thing

One tap. The whole family knows.

Your loved one opens the app to one big button. They tap it. A quiet ping lands on every phone in the Circle. No chasing texts, no morning calls out of guilt.

A shared calendar siblings actually use.

See who's popping in and when. A quiet reminder the night before your visit. A heads-up if a stretch of days has nobody scheduled.

If a day goes quiet

A calm alert, before the worry starts.

They forget to tap by mid-morning, the app nudges them first. Still nothing, a Coordinator gets a quiet ping.

Just shipped · Companion mode

The check-in, now both ways.

Companion mode is an optional upgrade to their screen. They keep the one big button they're used to. Around it, the family can now say hello, share photos, see how they're feeling, and ring them back when they ask for a call.

  • One-line hellos with optional photos
  • How are you: Great / Fine / A bit low
  • Tap-to-record voice notes back to you
  • One tap: ask the family to ring

Included in the £4.99 family plan. Off by default; the Coordinator turns it on per Check-in Member.

New, and optional: Family Map

Want to know where, not just whether?

Family Map is the optional add-on that shows your loved one's last reported place on a map, alerts the family to a low phone battery, and tells you when they've arrived home safely. Off by default, on only if your Coordinator and the individual person both choose to switch it on.

  • Off by default for every Circle and every account
  • One tap to switch off, deletes data within seconds
  • Saved places: Home, the GP, the gym
  • Battery low alerts so you can call before it dies

Included in the £4.99 family plan. No premium tier.

Mum mentioned her hip was sore again when I rang. Probably just the cold. Worth flagging at the GP visit on Thursday.

Tue · 09:14

Noted. I'll add it to the list — also want to ask about the new tablets, I don't think she's been taking the lunchtime one.

I can drop in Friday afternoon. Shall I do the weekly shop or has James already got it?

I've got the shop, thanks Chlo. Could you take her to pick up the walking stick from the chemist?

Easy. About 2pm?

Lovely chat with her just now — sounded much brighter than last week.

Built for the whole family

Easy for the person being looked after. Useful for everyone else.

We designed Getwello with people who are not always confident with apps in mind. Larger text, clearer screens, fewer choices. For everyone else, the app stays organised in the background.

Three roles in every Circle
Check-in Member
Mum, 78

The person being looked after. They see one screen, with one big button. That's the whole app for them.

Hello love, I'm well today.
Support Members
Siblings, friends, neighbours

Family and friends helping out. They see the visit calendar, add when they're popping in, and get a quiet ping if something matters.

I'll grab Wednesday afternoon.
Coordinator
The main organiser

Sets up the Circle, invites others, and tweaks the check-in window when needed. Usually one of the adult children.

I'll set the window to 8 to 11.
From real families

Before GetWello, our family WhatsApp was constant confusion about who'd seen Dad and when. Now everyone can see the plan instantly. It's removed so much stress.
Leanne L.Bristol
Mum only has to press one button each morning, which means she actually uses it. The simplicity is what makes it brilliant.
James P.Leeds
The missed check-in alerts are gentle rather than alarming, which we really appreciate. It gives us peace of mind without making everything feel medical.
Anita R.Manchester
I live three hours away from my nan, and this app helps me feel connected without constantly worrying. I can quickly see she's checked in and who's visiting.
Chloe T.Birmingham
We tried shared calendars before, but nobody kept them updated. GetWello feels like it was designed specifically for families caring for older parents.
Daniel H.London
The best thing is that everyone finally shares the responsibility. It's no longer all falling on one sibling.
Rebecca M.Glasgow
My dad is not good with technology at all, but he understood GetWello immediately. That says everything.
Martin C.Nottingham
Such a thoughtful app. Calm design, no unnecessary noise, and genuinely useful for coordinating care as a family.
Elaine W.Surrey
The coverage gap reminders have stopped those awkward moments where nobody realised Mum would be alone for three days.
Tom B.Liverpool
£4.99 for the whole family is honestly a bargain considering how much mental load it removes.
Priya S.Reading
You can tell this was built by people who understand real family dynamics, not just software.
Helen D.York
We started using it after Dad's fall last year, and it's become part of our daily routine. Simple, reassuring, and easy for everyone.
Michael F.Edinburgh
For Coordinators

Patterns of care, gently surfaced. Catch a quiet day before it becomes a quiet week. See who is helping out, where the week ahead has gaps that want filling, and how they have actually been feeling.

  • Adherence at a glance, over 7, 30, or 90 days
  • Mood trend chart: Great / Fine / A bit low across the period (Companion mode)
  • Family hello ranking, so you can see which sibling has gone quiet
  • Visitor ranking, so you can see who is pulling their weight
  • Median call-response time, when they ask the family to ring
  • When visits usually happen, so you can find the quiet hours
  • Coming-up gaps in the next 14 days, ranked

Common questions.

Is it really just one button?

Yes. The Check-in Member only ever sees one screen with one button. We hide everything else from them so it stays calm and predictable.

What happens if a check-in is missed?

We send a gentle reminder to the Check-in Member first. If they still have not checked in by the time you set, the Coordinator is notified. Support Members are told if it goes longer than that.

Can more than one person be a Coordinator?

Yes. You can have several Coordinators in a Circle. Useful when more than one sibling is helping organise things.

What about more than one person being looked after?

GetWello supports several Check-in Members in the same family. Each has their own check-in history and their own visit calendar.

How is my data kept safe?

Your data is held in a UK and Ireland region with row-level access controls so only your Circle can see it. We never sell or share your data.
