I didn't get an email
Things to check before contacting support.
- Check spam, especially for the first email. Add hello@getwello.co.uk to your contacts to stop it happening again.
- Wait two minutes, then refresh. Email is usually instant but can take a moment.
- Check the email address you used matches what you typed at signup. Typos happen.
- Check Settings → Notifications in the app. If your email opt-out is on, you won't receive most emails (security and billing emails always come through).
If none of that works, submit a ticket from inside the app, or email hello@getwello.co.uk. Include the date and time you expected the email.
