I can't log in

What to try in order.

  1. Make sure your email is confirmed. If you've just signed up, check your inbox for the confirmation email. You can't log in until you click that link.
  2. Reset your password. The login page has a Forgot your password? link.
  3. Check that your account isn't suspended. If you've been temporarily suspended by Getwello, you'll see a notice telling you that. Email hello@getwello.co.uk to discuss.
  4. Try a different browser, or open an incognito window. Browser extensions can sometimes interfere.
