Turning notifications off

Per-user controls for in-app and email channels.

Each person controls their own notifications from Settings → Notifications:

  • In-app — the Notifications inbox in the top nav. Default on.
  • Email — emails to your registered address. Default on.
  • Push (mobile) — for the future iOS and Android apps. Default on.

If you turn email off, you'll still see the same updates in your Notifications inbox when you open the app — they're not deleted, they just don't ping your inbox.

Critical security or billing emails (like password resets and "we couldn't take payment") are always sent regardless of preferences.
