Gap detection

If two or more days in a row have no visits coming up, Getwello flags it. You'll see a warning ribbon on those days in the calendar list view, and Coordinators get an email at most once per gap so you're not spammed.

Gaps are checked once a day (around 8 AM UK time). They're a nudge, not a rule — sometimes a quiet day is intended.

You can plan around a gap straight from the email, or from the Analytics tab where upcoming gaps are shown alongside other Circle stats.
