Export your Circle's data as a CSV

Download your check-ins, visits and reminders as a spreadsheet file.

Coordinators can download a Circle's data as a CSV file, the format that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, for your own records or to keep a copy of the information you've stored.

Open Analytics from the menu.
In the Reports & export box, choose what you'd like: Check-ins, Visits or Reminders.
The file downloads to your device and opens in any spreadsheet app.

Only Coordinators can export data. The files contain the same information you already see in the app; nobody outside your Circle can access it.
