Print a care summary to share with a GP or the family

The care summary is a one-page overview of how your Circle has been doing, check-in adherence, reminders, and visits, that you can print or save as a PDF to share with a GP, a care assessment, or family members who don't use the app. It's available to Coordinators.

1. Open Analytics from the menu.
2. In the Reports & export box near the top, tap Care summary report.
3. Choose the period you want, the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
4. Tap Print / Save as PDF. Your device's print dialog opens; choose your printer, or "Save as PDF" to keep a copy or email it on.

The printed version is clean and tidy, just the summary, none of the app's menus or buttons. It shows each Check-in Member's adherence and recent missed days, how reminders have been going, and a summary of visits over the period.

It's a snapshot of what was recorded in the app, not a medical record.
