How are you, actually?

Ten quiet questions for anyone caring for an ageing parent. No right or wrong answers, no signup, no sales pitch in the middle of it. You'll get a banded result and a few practical next steps. If you'd like the result by email, that's optional at the end.

This is a self-reflection tool, not a medical assessment. If anything you read worries you, ring Carers UK on 0808 808 7777 or speak to your GP.

Want this result by email?

Optional. We use it once to send your result, and only again if something genuinely useful ships. Unsubscribe in one tap.

A brief Cloudflare bot check runs invisibly so the responses we collect stay honest. You should see nothing.

A few questions about this

Is this a medical diagnosis?

No. It's a self-reflection tool, not a diagnostic. If anything in your result is troubling, please talk to your GP or ring Carers UK on 0808 808 7777. Their advisers are free and they specialise in exactly this conversation.

Will you store my answers?

Yes, anonymously by default. We keep your answers so we can learn what strain families are reporting most, and so the page improves over time. We never store your IP, only a hashed version for abuse review. If you choose to share your email at the end, it's linked to the response so we can send your result back.

Do I have to give my email?

No. The email field at the end is optional. Anonymous is fine and the result is shown to you on the page regardless. If you do give your email, we use it once to send your result, then only to send the occasional update if something genuinely useful ships.

What is Getwello, and why is it running this?

We build a quiet daily check-in app for families looking after an ageing parent. Setting this up came out of years of hearing the same things from people on the strain side of caring. The page exists because the conversation is worth having even if you never use our product.

Why is there a verification step at the bottom?

Cloudflare's invisible bot check. Stops automated tools spamming the page so the band distribution stays honest. You shouldn't see anything; if it ever asks you to click, that's fine.
