What each role can do

A clear comparison of Coordinator, Support Member, and Check-in Member.

Coordinator

The main organiser. Can:

  • Create and rename the Circle
  • Invite, remove, and change the role of any member
  • Configure check-in windows and missed-check-in timings
  • Add, edit, and remove visits on the calendar
  • View full history and analytics
  • Manage billing and subscriptions
  • Submit support tickets to Getwello

You can have more than one Coordinator. We recommend one or two — too many cooks.

Support Member

Family or friends helping. Can:

  • See the latest check-in status for each Check-in Member
  • Add, edit, and remove visits on the calendar
  • Receive notifications about check-ins, visits, and gaps
  • View history

They can't manage members, edit settings, or see billing.

Check-in Member

The person being looked after. Sees a deliberately simple screen with one big button. They can:

  • Submit their daily check-in
  • Adjust their accessibility preferences from Settings (large text, etc.)
  • Update their own password

They cannot see the calendar, member list, history, or any other management features. By design.
