Billing & subscription
Update your payment method or cancel
Both happen in the Stripe customer portal.
From the Billing tab in the app, click Manage subscription. That takes you to a secure Stripe page where you can:
- Update your card details
- See your invoice history
- Cancel your subscription
If you cancel, your Circle keeps working until the end of the current billing period. After that, the daily check-in and calendar are paused. Your data is kept safe so you can resubscribe and pick up where you left off.
If a payment fails (expired card, bank flag), you'll get a calm email with a link to update your card. Stripe also retries automatically over the following few days.
